1. Eligibility for Returns
- Time Frame: You have 2 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
- Condition: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Products that are worn, altered, or damaged by the customer will not be accepted for return.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
- Personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, skincare)
- Gift cards
- Final sale or clearance items
- Custom-made or personalized products

3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with return instructions, including the return shipping address.
- Shipping: You are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria. If approved, your refund will be processed.
4. Refunds
- Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7 business days to your original method of payment.
- Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted, such as for items that are returned in a condition different from when they were shipped (e.g., damaged or missing parts).

5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at trendyystore13@gmail.com with the details.
6. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped. Please contact us at trendyystore13@gmail.com to request a cancellation. If the order has already been processed, it will need to go through the return process outlined above.
