1. Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1 business day after receiving your order confirmation email.
- Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be delayed. We will notify you via email if your order is impacted.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Domestic Shipping: Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. Expedited shipping options are available for an additional fee.
3. Shipment Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.
- Please allow 12 hours for the tracking information to update after receiving the tracking number.
4. Shipping Carriers
We use reliable shipping carriers, to deliver your order safely and on time. The carrier used for your shipment will depend on your location and the service selected during checkout.
5. Shipping Restrictions
- Trendyy currently ships to India. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain restricted countries.
- If we are unable to ship to your location, we will notify you and issue a full refund.
6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)
- Trendyy is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees incurred during international shipment. All such charges are the responsibility of the customer.
- Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for more information on any applicable fees.
7. Lost or Damaged Shipments
- Trendyy is not liable for any products lost or damaged during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
- Please retain all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim with the carrier.
8. Address Changes
- If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us at trendyystore13@gmail.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee address changes once the order has been processed or shipped.
9. Incorrect Shipping Information
- Trendyy is not responsible for orders not delivered due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping details before completing your order.
